CHCU has an immediate opening for a KOL Support Specialist, where the qualified candidate will be a member of the Partner Development team, supporting Key Opinion Leader engagement and upstream marketing activities, including ongoing communication with KOLs and maintenance of records.


• KOL Engagement and Communication

  • Engage & recruit KOLs from multiple modalities, functions, and clinical specialties in upstream research activities.
  • Develop and coordinate communication programs with KOLs.
  • Maintain ongoing KOL communications and engagement between activities.

• KOL Activity Coordination

  • Support KOL activities such as Medical Advisory Boards, forums, conference presentations.
  • Manage the contract process for KOL activities and R&D projects with healthcare provider organizations through liaison with all relevant legal, admin and business teams.

• Recording & Reporting

  • Develop & maintain CRM for all KOL activities across CHCU and integrate with other subsidiaries where relevant.
  • Develop and maintain records and data associated with KOL engagement activities such as lectures, conference attendance, testimonials etc
  • Monitor and report on KOL engagement KPI performance.


  • B.S. in marketing, health sciences or related field, plus 3 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
Required Capabilities
  • Communication skills to effectively engage with external (e.g., KOLs, customers) and internal stakeholders (e.g., PM, engineering, and business unit teams)
  • Experience with managing KOL and/or MAB relationships
  • Experience setting up KOL engagement activities and ongoing communication programs.
  • Experience in coordinating the contract process with KOLs/ investigators.
  • Understanding of US healthcare industry

  • Position based in Mayfield Village/Cleveland Ohio.
  • Ability to complete domestic and international is required.
